PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost display device of low power consumption, while suppressing the variance of grayscale luminance characteristics and the distortions of color expressing capability of the display device. SOLUTION: The display device according to the present invention includes a gate circuit unit 2 which supplies a selection signal to each pixel, a source circuit unit 3 which supplies a voltage level, corresponding to a data signal to each pixel, and a reference circuit unit 5 which supplies a reference voltage that determines the voltage level to the source circuit unit.
