PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and system for measuring freshly mixed concrete aggregate particle size, capable of confirming the quality of freshly mixed concrete aggregate by measuring particle size of the freshly mixed concrete aggregate simply, accurately, speedily, and inexpensively. SOLUTION: In this method, an image of freshly mixed concrete aggregate having a predetermined scope of particle diameter which is imaged by a digital camera is converted into a binarized image having black and white colors and is scanned to compute distribution of particle size of the freshly mixed concrete aggregate having equivalent circle diameter and analyze the quality of the image of the freshly mixed concrete aggregate.
