PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove or outstandingly reduce a play in an axial direction of a pipe existing at both support positions for manufacturing tolerance. SOLUTION: In the vehicle seat having the first support position and second support position for rotatably receiving the pipe, at least the first support position is formed of a plastic bushing fixed in an axial direction. According to the present invention, the plastic bushing of the first support position is clip-fastened to the pipe for fixing the pipe in the axial direction, and the second support position movably receives the pipe in an axial direction.
