PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement hole passing through an air passage of a duct, and to prevent leakage of conditioned air from the air passage without attaching a seal material in the peripheral of the engagement hole. SOLUTION: A duct 5 having an air passage 9 is formed between the back surface of an instrument panel main body 3 and a duct structuring member 7 by joining them with each other. An engagement claw 49 of an upper panel 15 is inserted into an engagement hole 41 of the instrument panel main body 3 for engagement, and the upper panel 15 is fitted to the surface of the instrument panel main body 3. The engagement claw 49 of the upper panel 15 is projected in a plane part 47b opposite to a part 43 of the instrument panel main body 3 wherein the engagement hole is formed. The engagement hole 41 of the instrument panel main body 3 is passed through the air passage 9, and an annular rib 45 is formed in the engagement hole formed part 42 so as to surround the engagement hole 41. In the state of inserting the engagement claw 49 into the engagement hole 41 for engagement, a tip of the annular rib 45 is brought in pressure-contact with the plane part 47b of the upper panel 15 over the whole circumference.
