PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of reducing the sliding noise when a door is operated without impairing the sealability of a rotary door. SOLUTION: A rotary door 27 has an elastic part 27d which is elastically deformed in the door radial direction Y between door center parts 27c, 28 and door outer peripheral parts 27a, 27b. The positions in the door radial direction Y of the door outer peripheral parts 27a, 27b are regulated according to the rotational position of the rotary door 27 by a guide groove part 50 formed in a case 11 and a pin 27k provided on the rotary door 27. When the rotary door 27 is in the stop position area, an outer peripheral seal member 27e is closely attached to an opening seal surface 23 to ensure the sealability. When the rotary door 27 is outside the stop position area, a space is formed between the outer peripheral seal member 27e and the opening seal surface 23 to reduce the sliding noise.
