PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer, etc., accurately detecting lactobacteriaceae belonging to genus Lactobacillus such as Lactobacilluscollinoides, Lactobacillusbacki, Lactobacilluslindneri. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the primer set for LAMP method and the primer set for PCR method used in detection of lactobacteriaceae belonging to genus Lactobacillus composed of a primer selected from the group consisting of a polynucleotide represented by a specific base sequence or its homologous polynucleotide.
