The invention provides pharmaceutical compositions for leukotriene antagonists for nasal and ocular delivery routes. These compounds are useful as anti-asthmatic, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective agents. They are also useful in treating hepatitis, endotoxemia and psoriasis.
