PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate a degree of conversion without increasing cost independent of a catalyst state in a reforming part in a fuel cell system.
SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is equipped with a fuel cell generating electric power with supplied fuel gas and oxidant gas; a reforming part producing fuel gas including hydrogen by reforming fuel for reforming supplied with a fuel pump; and a combustion part to which only anode offgas from a fuel electrode of the fuel cell is supplied and burning anode offgas with air for combustion, and heating the reforming part with combustion gas in steady operation. The fuel cell system detects ion current correlating with fuel amount for reforming in the anode offgas supplied to the combustion part and burned (step 108), and a degree of conversion representing a ratio converted to hydrogen out of fuel for reforming supplied to the reforming part is estimated based on ion current being detected with an ion current detecting means (step 110).
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
