摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify circuit configuration of a plasma display device by sharing a part of a scanning electrode driving circuit corresponding to a scanning electrode group. <P>SOLUTION: In the plasma display device, a first scanning electrode driving part 60 is provided with: a downward inclination voltage generation part 61 which gradually reduces reference voltage of the first scanning electrode driving part 60; a voltage comparison part 63 which compares the reference voltage with predetermined voltage; a gate circuit 67 which fixes output of the voltage comparison part 63; and a plurality of first output parts 72(1) to 72(n-1) which output voltage to scanning electrodes belonging to the first scanning electrode group. A second scanning electrode driving part 80 is provided with: a signal transmitting part 81 which transmits output of the voltage comparison part 63 to the second scanning electrode driving part 80; and a plurality of second output parts 82(2) to 82(n) which output voltage to scanning electrodes belonging to the second scanning electrode group; and a switching element Q99 which connects reference voltage of the first scanning electrode driving part 60 with reference voltage of the second scanning electrode driving part 80.
