SETTLEMENT PROCESSING SYSTEM, PURCHASE HISTORY MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, PURCHASE HISTORY MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement processing system 10 capable of performing relevant processing such as totalization processing using identification information recorded on an ID card 14 while concealing the identification information.

SOLUTION: The settlement processing system 10 is provided with a totaling apparatus 12, an inquiry apparatus 13, a purchase history management apparatus 20, and a charging apparatus 30. The purchase history management apparatus 20 encrypts and converts the identification information of the ID card 14 input from a POS register 21 into an encrypted ID, associates the encrypted ID with a purchase amount of the owner of the ID card 14 and manages the encrypted ID. The totaling apparatus 12 uses the encrypted ID to calculate total amounts billed for respective card owners.
