<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil leakage preventing structure wherein the flow of oil scraped up by an oil supply member is sufficiently straightened and a lubricated element in a transmission is smoothly lubricated while avoiding the leakage of oil from a communication member to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The oil leakage preventing structure is provided in the transmission which has a trans-axle case 12, a trans-axle housing 13, a ring gear 11, a breather 32, and an oil pump 14 and which is constructed to exhaust air from the trans-axle case 12 through air distribution passages E1-E3 via the breather 32, for preventing the leakage of oil L from the breather 32 to the outside. On an outer periphery 17c of the oil pump 14 opposed to the ring gear 11, an oil straightening member 15 is provided for straightening the oil L so that the oil L scraped up by the ring gear 11 recirculates into an oil reservoir 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
