PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield of formed product in which working is added to a punched fracture surface. SOLUTION: In this method for forming metallic materials, the adjustment of the punching die and the determination of defective products are performed by a forming device train having a punching means 9 of the metallic materials, a measuring means (belonging to a robot arm 10) for measuring any one or more of a shear droop rate, a sheared section rate and a fracture surface rate in the punched fracture surface after punching, and a forming means 11 for forming the metallic materials after punching in an order from the upstream side and the measured information of the punched fracture surface.
