SOLUTION: The method for the evaluation of the influence of a culture liquid on the flocculation of a yeast comprises the proliferation of a yeast, in a culture liquid, containing a plasmid containing a nucleic acid obtained by functionably connecting a nucleic acid encoding a reporter gene to a nucleic acid for encoding a base sequence which encodes a promoter region of Lg-FLO1 gene and the detection of the expression of the reporter gene in the proliferated yeast.
