PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine rotor having a structure capable of further improving productivity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the rotary electric machine rotor with which the rotary electric machine rotor can be further efficiently manufactured. SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine rotor 10 is provided with a rotor core 11 in which layers are coupled by disposing a plurality of divided core plates 12 in a ring and laminated and inserting a pin 22 along the laminating direction of the divided core plates 12; and a rotary shaft member 13 disposed in the internal circumference of the rotor core 11. The rotary shaft member 13 has a cylindrical portion 16 to be inserted into the rotor core 11, and a flange portion 17 extending from one end side of an axial direction of the cylindrical portion 16 to a diameter direction and having a concave portion 17a for holding the one part of the pin 22. In the rotary electric machine rotor 10, an end surface plate 15 equipped with a through hole 15b allowing the pin 22 to be inserted into the position corresponding to the concave portion 17a is interposed between the rotor core 11 and the flange portion 17.
