PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker device which is the following type which is provided with both a sealed structure and an amplitude holding function of a diaphragm, can secure sufficient low-pitched sound pressure and can achieve a linear operation from during small amplitude until during large amplitude in a speaker of a type in which a vibrating means of a back face drives a diaphragm. SOLUTION: In the speaker comprising an almost planar diaphragm, a driving means for driving the diaphragm, and a panel member connected to the diaphragm through an elastic member to form a space, in the elastic member, a first elastic member having prescribed elasticity and a second elastic member harder than the first elastic member are layered.
