PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a program in a file configuration management server by checking quality at various different levels required for the program. SOLUTION: This file configuration management support system has a file configuration management server 20 provided with a program file storing part 22 for storing a program file, and a configuration management processing part 21 for storing a program file received from a file configuration management support device 10 in the configuration management processing part 21; and the file configuration management support device 10 for executing one or more check execution programs 13 for checking the states of respective program files each of the one or more program files to be stored in the program file storing part 22, confirming whether or not the execution result satisfies determination rules corresponding to the respective check execution programs 13, and transmitting the program file to the file configuration management support device 10 when all the execution results satisfy the determination rules.
