PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of improving vibration resisting performance even when not fixed directly with screws. SOLUTION: The display device is constituted by storing a circuit board 4 mounted with a display unit 3 between a first case body 1 and a second case body 2, and screwing up and fixing the first and second case bodies 1 and 2 through first and second screwing fixation portions 11 and 21 formed on those case bodies 1 and 2, and provided with a pair of press portions 12 and 22, which clamp and fix an end portion 41 of the circuit board 4 having no through hole for screwing fixation when the case bodies 1 and 2 are screwed up and fixed through the screwing fixation portions 11 and 21, at positions of the first and second cases 1 and 2 adjacent to the first and second screwing fixation portions 11 and 12.
