PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accurately tally not only the number of times of reproduction by a reproduction device that stores data contents, but also the number of times of reproduction when the data contents are shared with other reproduction devices and reproduced. SOLUTION: When a mobile phone terminal 1A reproduces a musical data content, and the musical data content is transmitted to other mobile phone terminals 1B and 1C by streaming at the same time, the mobile phone terminal 1A sums up the number of times of reproduction of the musical data content by itself and the number of terminals of the mobile phone terminals 1B and 1C (the number of connection destination terminals) when the reproduction data of the musical data content is transmitted to the mobile phone terminals 1B and 1C by streaming, as the number of times of reproduction of the data content.
