PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized blower, while improving efficiency of blowing performance and suppressing noise. SOLUTION: The blower has a scroll casing 1 having a suction port and a discharge port and incorporating a multiblade fan 4 therein. Out of an outer contour of the scroll casing 1, a scroll shape of a first outer contour part 3-1 continuous to a tongue part 2 is formed by a predetermined expansion angle A, an enlarged angle B of a second outer contour part 3-2 continuous to the first outer contour part meets a relation of A > B, so that a scroll of a third outer contour part 3-3 continuous to the second outer contour part becomes linear.
