PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous board that excels in adsorption capability of an aldehyde compound such as formaldehyde, a causative substance of sick house syndromes in the rooms of houses and automobiles, and fully exhibits its functions, for example, when used as a construction material or an automobile trim material, and to provide its manufacturing method.
