PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase tensile strength for holding and fixing a blade to a telescopic cover larger than that at conventional spot-welding, to prevent the blade from being exfoliated from the telescopic cover, and to stably use the telescopic cover with a blade cover for a long time by adhering an entire blade face to the rear face of each part cover of the telescopic cover with an epoxy-base adhesive. SOLUTION: An epoxy base adhesive is applied on the entire surface of a blade of an ultrathin metallic plate formed of stainless steel for a spring and quenched ribbon steel. This telescopic cover is mainly composed of high-tension steel or 17%Cr-2%Ni, and formed of a high-strength multi-layer structure stainless sheet metal, and an ultrathin metallic plate adhered to a rear face at the end of each part cover is adhered to the telescopic cover.
