PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite member connecting a shaft part to a cylindrical part with the shaft part being inserted in the cylindrical part which is capable of enhancing the durability of the composite member by suppressing corrosion. SOLUTION: A stabilizer link SL as a composite member has an arm member 10 and ball joints 20, 30. The arm member 10 is formed in a cylindrical shape. A shaft-like fitting part 22c and a connection part 22d are formed on the ball joint 20. A groove part 22e is formed in an annular shape on an outer circumferential surface of the fitting part 22c. An O-ring 23 for sealing the cylindrical part of the arm member 10 is fitted in the groove part 22c. The fitting part 22c and the connection part 22d are fixed to each other while they are inserted in the cylindrical part of the arm member 10 by pressing the cylindrical part. The O-ring 23 provided on the fitting part 22c is squeezed, and closely attached to the inner circumferential surface of the arm member 10 and the groove part 22e of the fitting part 22c to seal the cylindrical part.
