PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat which can suppress wrinkles and wear damages to be caused in seat trim cover and whose appearance is not degraded even when used for a long period of time, even when there is a part where cover composite materials overlap with each other or a part where the cover composite material overlaps with another single cover material at a joint part or the like in seat trim cover using the cover composite material with a reinforcing material on the back surface of the cover. SOLUTION: In the seat composed by putting the seat trim cover using the cover composite material composed by sticking the reinforcing material 1c on the back surface of a cover material 1a on a seat pad 8, on the seat pad 8, a groove 8a is formed at a position abutting on the joint part where the cover composite material of the seat trim cover is piled up with its own or other cover materials and made thick.
