PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden clog capable of effectively performing a balance training and a muscle training. SOLUTION: The wooden clog has a wooden clog body 4 and teeth 8 for supporting the wooden clog body 4, a plurality of tooth attaching parts 18 are provided on the lower surface of the wooden clog body 4, the teeth 8 can be freely detachably mounted on the plurality of tooth attaching parts 18, and by changing the mounting position of the teeth to the plurality of tooth attaching parts 18, the arrangement of the teeth 8 to the wooden clog body 4 is changed. Thus, the body posture is made instable in various directions and a balance feeling in the various directions is trained.
