A cone end (14) is arranged on the arm (3) and corresponds to a counter borehole (15) of the other arm (4), such that a mechanical switch of an ionization circuit is arranged in the interior of the cone end. An outlet (10) is arranged at a bulge (12) that is slightly higher than a surface of one of the plates, where the outlet is provided for negative ions, which are produced by the circuit.
