<p>Compositions of domperidone formulated for transmucosal delivery are provided. Also provided are methods for the treatment of nausea, vomiting, and gastrointestinal motility disorders, and methods for the enhancement of breast milk production. The methods utilize domperidone compositions formulated for transmucosal administration, administered to patients in an amount effective to treat nausea, vomiting, or gastrointestinal motility disorders, or to enhance breast milk production.</p> |
