<p>Required by the road safety code, the sign holder is affixed to all vehicles and serves to identify the materials transported according to the class of risk. Styrene signs are inserted into the holders, which must be visible from all angles of the vehicle. Made from a single aluminium sheet, this is a one-piece holder and its rigidity is provided by the relief given to the aluminium by die stamping. Nine tabs around the perimeter of the frame, combined with the three retaining lips, plus one press fastener keep the sign in place in all conditions. Unlike existing products, the one-piece sign holder does not require the use of two aluminium sheets cut, embossed and superposed. The manufacturing costs and the total weight are thus reduced, while fulfilling the same function as sign holders of the same type.</p> |
