A fuel oil manufacturing device is provided to manufacture substitute fuel oil by minimizing the production of the low-class due to thermally decomposing the waste plastic film by noncatalytic. A fuel oil manufacturing device comprises the following features of: a waste plastic film feed port(100) for supplying the crushed waste plastic film; a melt part(30), which is installed at one side of the waste plastic film feed port, fusing the waste plastic film flowed; a pyrolysis part(50), which is installed at one side of the melt part, heat-decomposing the fused reactant; a refining part(60), which is connected to one side of the pyrolysis part, refining the disassembled gas to vacuum; a sludge treatment part(40), which is connected to one side of the melt part, for putting the non-sulfide for discarding by fire which is not emulsified with the soil and the inorganic material contained in the waste plastic film. |
