THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RIPPLE PATTERN SURFACE EFFECT LEATHER BY GRAIN LEATHER

A manufacturing method of the leather having moire skin effect to the Grain leather is provided to have splendid moire skin effect, to make low-class rawhide into high quality and to implement a natural moire effect at the surface of leather and to improve conspicuously a painting process of leather. Water layers are formed by applying an acidic dye or a basic dye entering a deposition container. The water layers and organic layer are separated by adding an organic pigment mixed solution consisting of the mixture solution of diluent and organic pigment in the water layers. The leather is dipped for 1~10 seconds by facing the hidden surface layer in a downward direction.
