<p>Aminomethylcarboxylic acid derivatives of the general formula (I), wherein the substituents are defined in claims, are useful as compounds having CNS activity. Described is also a pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof for the treatment or prevention schizophrenia, depression, dementia and other forms of impaired cognition, of neurodegenerative diseases, like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Huntington's disease.</p> |
