A box cover combining structure of a vehicle is provided to maximize reliability of knob combining operation by being fastened to a box cover. A box(1) and box cover(2) combining structure formed inside a vehicle forms a rib hole(10) where ribs can enter and exit. A rib(20) is formed on the box cover in order to be comfortably assembled to the rib hole formed on the box. A fixture equipped with an inclination part(60) is formed in order to extend the rib on the end and by installing a steel guide(5) connected to a knob(3) and an axis pin(4) through the center of ribs.
