A manufacturing device of vehicle seat frame is provided to complete the assembly of the vehicle seat frame quickly and precisely. A manufacturing device of vehicle seat frame comprises a table-like main body member consisting of the upper and lower base and control box, a bottom fixing means which is comprised in order to press the longitudinal plate of the vehicle seat frame to pneumatic and it fixes(20), a top fixing means which is comprised in the form of half-cylinder in order to cover and fixes the horizontal bar of the vehicle seat frame, wide open means(40) which opens both ends of the horizontal bar through the wide open unit(42) in order to act on the horizontal direction with the cylinder(41).
