A manufacturing method of a stamper for light guide plate is provided to improve the precision of a lens pattern and to form the positive and negative pattern of lens. A manufacturing method of the light guide plate stamper includes steps of: forming a plurality of accommodating grooves(11) on the plate side of the stamper disk(10); containing the melting material(20) in the accommodating groove; forming the molding pattern corresponding to the lens pattern by hardening the melting material received in an accommodating groove. The melting material has the lager or smaller volume than volume of the accommodating groove while being received in the accommodating groove due to the surface tension of melting material.
