A pipe connection tool is provided to connect and disconnect and more securely fasten a pipe connection portion for strong endurance and water tightness. A pipe connection tool comprises an inner sleeve part(20) fitted to inner side of pipes contacting with each other, formed on end of a body(10) having a penetration passage inside; an outer side sleeve part(30) fitted to outer side of the pipes contacting with each other; a fitting groove(40) to which pipes are fitted, formed between inner and outer sleeve part; and a penetration hole(50) which air flows in and out when inserting and separating pipes.
