The device has a loop shaped attachment (1) conformed to slide on a seat belt (S) and to be immobilized on a concave part of a bodywork of a motor vehicle using separable fixation units of a punch. The fixation units are projected on the attachment and include a head and a body smaller than the head. The punch is arranged on a concave part of a body part and comprises a T-shaped opening. The punch has a T-shaped head and a T shaped body whose width corresponds to width of the head and body of the units, respectively.
