A ceiling restructure for the car trim and manufacturing method thereof are provided, in which the ceiling restructure is made of the environment-friendly material which is possible to recycle and has excellent sound insulation and insulation. A ceiling restructure for the car trim comprises: a core material layer including a polypropylene foamed sheet(20); and a reinforcement layer(30) made of the wood dust and poly propylene resin in upper and lower parts of the core material layer. The polypropylene foamed sheet is non-cross linkage polypropylene foamed sheet.
