摘要 A manufacturing method of the optical waveguide is provided to allow the top of a core not be expanded in the width direction even if the height of the core is high since the ultraviolet ray of the wavelength 330~400nm is irradiated on the ultraviolet hardening-type resin when forming core. After UV Curable Resin is coated in the surface of the base of the flat pattern, ultraviolet ray(L) is irradiated on the coating layer(3a) and the irradiated region is hardened to form the core. The ultraviolet ray uses the ultraviolet ray within the range of the wavelength 330~400nm. The width of core is in range of 10~30nm. The width has the height of core within the range of 15~90nm.
