Appliance for warm milk preparation with milk froth consists of a reservoir (9) for the milk, a removable cover (2) with frother and electric circuit (3) opportunely fed and controlled automatically by means of a temperature sensor (14). The appliance warms the milk by means of a gas-ring flame or by means of an electric device opportunely realised.
