PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air outlet in which seal body does not vibrate to generate noise regardless of the controlled position of a shutter valve. SOLUTION: In the groove 12 of a valve body 10 which is located on the windward side when a shutter valve 6 is controlled to full open position by an operating means, a protrusion 16 is provided and a cut 17 engaging with the protrusion 16 to clamp it is made at the base part 13 of a seal body 15. |
