[Also in Division H1] In a rack for mounting electric circuit boards the swivelling movement of a beam 4 is controlled by an L-shaped actuating lever 15. The free end of the leg 21 of lever 15 has a buttonhole 23 through which passes a bolt 19 screwed to the end of beam 4. The free end portion of the other leg 22 is introduced in a box 18 in which a spring 17 and a stud 24 hold the leg 22 in its locked position (Fig. 3) thus holding the circuit boards in the substrate. When beam 4 is to be swivelled to its unlocked position to enable the circuit boards to be removed, or plugged-in, lever 15 is pushed down, causing leg 21 to be displaced along the axis of the buttonhole 23, and also causing a snap action movement of leg 22 into the position indicated in Fig. 4. This snap action is caused by the spring 17 pushing down onto the leg 22 when it is initially disengaged from the stud 24 by the pushing action on lever 15.</p> |
