<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI device and an MRI photographing method capable of stably producing a photography trigger pulse even when a noise caused by a gradient magnetic field or the like is mixed into the electrocardiograph waveform of an electrocardiographic synchronization method. <P>SOLUTION: In an MRI photographing by the electrocardiographic synchronization method, when the noise (magnetic flux noise) resulting from the magnetic flux change of the magnetic field formed by a gradient magnetic field coil 14 or the like overlaps on the electrocardiograph waveform from an examinee 11, the sequence control circuit 24 of a control part 4 calculates the section where the magnetic flux noise is generated based on pulse sequence information used for MRI photography, and supplies a photography section signal produced from the calculated result to an electrocardiograph unit 7. And, the electrocardiograph unit 7 produces the photography trigger pulse from the electrocardiograph waveform from which the magnetic flux noise is removed by controlling a self gate function using the photography section signal.
