<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can prepare an equipment operation plan, taking into account the risk cost of a plant as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: An equipment operation plan preparing system prepares the equipment operation plan, based on fault tree information of each equipment and a term for operation plan preparation. The system includes a reliability database 110 for storing reliability data; an influence degree database 111 for storing influence degree data; a risk model analysis part 104 for determining the type of failure recovery model for each piece of equipment from the reliability data, and creating each failure recovery model, including failure rate rise and a recovery rate due to application of maintenance items; an operation scenario figuring part 105 for preparing a plurality of operation scenarios, each consisting of plural combinations of the maintenance items within the term for operation plan preparation; and a risk calculation part 106 for calculating the risk cost of the plant as a whole at failure occurrence, based on the failure rate and influence data figured out by each operation scenario and the fault tree information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
