A monitoring scheme for a vessel is provided to grasp the state of the field regardless of the space and human efforts, and manage the vessel efficiently using a wireless controlling and monitoring terminal. A plurality of sensors are installed at a vessel. An operator terminal(200/1~200/n) enables a user to control and monitor the sensors. A control terminal monitors and controls the sensors, and analyzes the sensing data from sensors. A wireless monitoring and controlling terminal(210) displays and process an analyzed data by receiving the sensing signal analyzing data from the control terminal.
