A multi channel electrode sensor apparatus simultaneously measures various physiological signals by including an electrode woven by the conductive thread, a multi channel electrode with an insulation part, and a snap connection unit. The predetermined number of electrodes woven by each conductive thread measures each physiological signal by the electric potential difference. A multi-channel electrode(110) includes an insulation part(114) woven by non-conductive thread for insulating between electrodes. A snap connection unit(120) connects the multi-channel electrode to a measurement instrument and transmits the physiological signal. A support adherently maintains the multi-channel electrode and the snap connection unit.
