A lower body training grasping power enhancer is provided, which solidly and minutely trains the knee inside muscle of the lower part of the body. In a lower body training grasping power enhancer, both side end points(21,22) of outer reinforcing rod(4) are bent inward at about 45 degrees, an inner reinforcing rod(5) is bent outward at about 45 degrees, the outer reinforcing rod and inner reinforcing rod meet each other, the joint part is bolt-coupled or welded, and the both axis rods come down in parallel vertically and the knee hanger is attached to both ends of axis rods by bending both sides axis rods(7,8) vertically.
