An internal antenna apparatus and a mobile communication terminal having the same secure communication quality by reducing influence between both bands by arranging a second radiation unit charging a low frequency band on a surface different from a first radiation unit. A carrier is made of dielectric material and is mounted inside the housing of a mobile communication terminal. A radiation unit is fixed at the carrier(134) and transmits and receives multiband. The radiation unit includes a first radiation unit(131) and a second radiation unit. A first radiation unit is positioned in a first side of the carrier and is formed to operate in a first frequency band. The second radiation unit is positioned in the first side and a second side adjacent to the first side of the carrier and is formed to operate in a second frequency band lower than the first frequency band.
