A manufacturing method of an RFID antenna prevents the short related to the RFID antenna of a loop pattern by printing conductive ink with a loop pattern on one side of a thin film substrate without electrical disconnection. An antenna unit(20) of a consecutive loop pattern is formed. A second terminal(23) has no short with a loop unit(21) and is extended toward the outside of the closed space of the loop unit. A cover layer(30) is coated on both sides of a thin-film substrate(10) in which the antenna unit is formed. The terminal nozzle hole in which the conductive metal foil of the first terminal and the second terminal or the conductive ink is exposed is punched in the thin-film substrate and cover layer of the location corresponding to the terminal(22a) of the first terminal(22) and terminal(23a) of the second terminal, before the conductive metal foil is laminated onto one side of the thin-film substrate, the conductive ink is printed on one side of the thin-film substrate, the cover layer is coated on both sides of the thin-film substrate.
