A ground rod with a base unit having a helix screw is provided to perform easy punch by the helix screw when surroundings of an electric pole are a concrete floor or an asphalt floor, thereby largely improving workability without digging or recovering. A base unit(10) forms a base extending unit(11') having a smaller external diameter than an external diameter of the base unit. A base male screw unit(11) is formed toward an upper side of the base extending unit. A helix screw(12) having the same external diameter is coupled with a lower side from the middle of the base unit. The helix screw is integrally formed in the base unit, or separately formed and coupled with the base unit. When the helix screw is separately formed and coupled with the base unit, a screw coupling method or an enforce compressing method is selected.
