A viewing position adjusting apparatus for a display is provided to perform pivot-angle adjustment so that both ends of the display get farther from walls during angle adjustment, thereby broadening a rotation angle and preventing damages due to a touch between the walls and the display. A base(10) includes a cover(12) in which a sliding hole(12A). A display is equipped in a support(50). The first driving unit(20) is connected to the base to move the support forward and backward. The second driving unit(30) pivots the support. The support is arranged in a pulley(40) equipped in the base. The pulley moves straight by power transferred from the first driving unit. The support moves forward and backward along with the sliding hole.
