A fuel delivery system of vehicle is provided to accurately and rapidly control the FPS of the fuel line by installing the high pressure fuel pump in the fuel line and reducing the length of fuel line. A fuel delivery system of vehicle comprises the low voltage fuel pump(13) for discharging the fuel within the fuel tank(11) as the critical pressure predetermining; the fuel shut-off valve(15) through which the fuel discharged with for low voltage fuel pump passes; the high pressure fuel pump(19) for supplying the fuel with the high pressure of the target value determined in advance to the injector(23); the fuel pressure sensor maintained with the target value; the engine control unit supplying the discharged fuel of the fuel tank to the high pressure fuel pump and driving the high pressure fuel pump.
